CHRISTENDOM IS LIVING IN DENIAL

Only a few short years ago, according to Pew Research and the Gallup Report, over 70% of the people surveyed actually attended Christian church services weekly.

Today (2022) Pew Research is publishing 64% based on previous trends while Gallup Report is reporting 38% based on current trends. Their differences in the numbers do not make their published numbers wrong. Both are suggesting that in just a few short years' time, we will come down to what the Bible calls, "The Remnant of Her Seed".

I want to put to you very squarly that Christendom cannot continue to live in denial. This message is both for the professed Christian and also for the elect of God. This trend brings to fulfillment the condition of 2 Thessalonians 2:3.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 (KJV) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.

This condition is not perching alone. This condition truly affirms another condition mentioned in Daniel 8:23-27, "The End Will Come When Transgressors Have Become Full". This is the condition where the transgressors become full. Mind you, transgressors by the definition offered in James 2:9 are impartial, respectful, undecided, middle-of-the-road people. The very same people the Bible describes as the lukewarmers of the period of the Laodicean church of Revelation 3. They do not really pick a side either to be hot or to be cold. They are frozen on their tracts and they wait for a timing to make a stand.

James 2:9 (KJV) But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin and are convinced of the law as transgressors.

This great falling away as reported recently by respected and trustworthy research establishments is a notable apocalyptic revelation. This kind of revelation adds further depth to Hebrews 12:1.

Hebrews 12:1-2 (KJV) Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Therefore what are preachers in the established world waiting for? When are going to answer the call of our Master and Lord, which he asked in Matthew 24:45?

Matthew 24:45 (KJV) Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

PREACHERS MUST NOW STOP BEING A EVIL SERVANT AND BE A WISE AND FAITHFUL SERVANT. DO NOT, I INSIST, CONTINUE TO LIVE IN DENIAL. INVESTING YOUR TREASURE TO THE CAUSE AND COURSE OF THE LORD IS A CRITICAL MUST.

The falling away and transgressors coming to the full is one of the last signs for this sign come not alone. Do not be deceived, for this sign brings with it the SON OF PERDITION. Therefore the close of probation is looming right before us.

Walk away and be a remnant of her seed. Don't live in denial.
